Jyoti has completed her Diploma in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics through Optimum Wellness Academy, an international and government-approved education centre. Her training has given her a clear, practical understanding of scientific nutrition, and she has grown into roles that call for careful, condition-specific guidance. Much of her work involves supporting people with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, where she focuses on controlling blood sugar through personalised meal planning. Jyoti’s experience includes creating effective plans for thyroid concerns, helping clients follow structured ketogenic diets, and building balanced vegan diets where meeting nutrient requirements becomes especially important.
